On the 26th of September we celebrate the European Day of Languages. An important date for teachers and students of languages and for anyone with a passion for languages. This year we celebrate the 20th anniversary of such a significant date and at IES Caura we wanted to contribute with our students' creations.
Younger students prepared some word clouds with the names of different concepts in a variety of languages. They also made posters with common expressions in different languages. Older students focused on how animals sounds are represented in different languages; others worked with tongue twisters and older students prepared a Dictionary for Boomers.
Our colleagues from the Department of Spanish Language and Literature also participated in the celebration.
