Trinity exams - mission accomplished.

Today the students who sat the Trinity exam last month have received their certificates. We did it again - 100% of the candidates have passed the test and some of them with really good marks.

I'm proud of you and truly pleased to have helped you achieve this goal.

Congratulations kids!!

From today, May 4th to next Friday, May 6th we'll be conducting the Trinity Exams in our centre. We wish the best of luck to all our candidates.

On 23rd April, we celebrate BOOK DAY and this year our school has organized a door decorating contest. The decorations were inspired by the different books that are being studied and analysed in the different levels. There were amazing creations like the ones you can see below. Extra points were given to those decorations made from recycled materials.

And these were the winners:

Women and the Nobel Prize and Inspiring Women are the two projects my student have been working on to celebrate International Women's Day. Below you'll see some of their products in the form of small posters with the image, basic facts and a quotation by some prominent women.

Trinity Test Trialling 2022

On the 14th and 16th of February, some students at our school took Trinity Test Trials to prepare for the real exam, which will be held next 4th of May and which will enable them to obtain Trinity ISE certificates at various levels. This year, the tests were conducted online and our ICT Coordinator, Ana Esquiva,  helped us prepare all the equipments and watched that everything was developed without any sort of technical incidents.

St. Valentine's at IES Caura

Last 14th of February, to celebrate St. Valentine's Day our students contributed to create Juliet's Wall in an attempt to imitate the walls of Juliet's home in Verona, where lovers stick their love messages beneath Juliet's balcony. In the same way, our students and some teachers stuck their love messages, which could be addressed to anyone - boyfriends, girlfriends, best friends, relatives, teachers, etc, on the walls of our corridors.

We had a great time reading the different notes, most of them in the shape of a heart.
